You can sort records several ways:
- New this year... you can right click in any field and choose Sort Ascending or Sort Descending from the popup menu
- You can click Records, Sort on the menu bar. The Sort Records dialog box will appear. Use this dialog box to describe how you want records sorted.
- Click on View, View as Table to view any layout as a table. Right click on any column heading to sort the data by that field. When you are done, click View, View as Form or View, View as List to go back to the regular view. Note that all the layouts that display data in lists are "View as List" and all the layouts that display one record at a time are "View as Form." If you make a mistake you can always fix it. For example, if you only see one employer in an employer list or if all your job and internship records are showing up together it may be that you selected the wrong view. Click View on the menu bar and choose the correct view.
- The STW file has scripts which Sort by Employer, Sort by Student, and Sort by Start Date. Click Scripts on the menu bar to use these scripts.
